OVERVIEW
Apple TV+ users spend 15 mins. on average browsing content before making a selection. Executive leadership feels that's too long and wants to know why it's happening as it negatively impacts user satisfaction and may lead to churn. In a hypothetical world, my team and I are UX researchers at Apple and want to know:
How we can optimize the Apple TV+ user interface to reduce the average time it takes users to select something to watch?
To enhance our understanding of user needs, we conducted in-depth user interviews and analysis by brainstorming, planning, and outlining actionable insights to develop a comprehensive workshop design.
As leads of this workshop, we demonstrate our ability to facilitate collaborative design processes and bridge the gap between design thinking and team execution; highlighting the importance of designers as facilitators and communicators within their teams.
